Mahindra XUV 3XO

The XUV 3XO is Mahindra's five-seat compact SUV, 3,990 mm long on a 2,600 mm wheelbase, with a 364-litre boot. All three engines are turbocharged: a 1.2-litre petrol (111 PS, 200 Nm) and a 1.2-litre direct-injection TGDi petrol (131 PS, 230 Nm), each with a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque-converter automatic, and a 1.5-litre diesel (117 PS, 300 Nm) with a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed AMT that Mahindra calls AutoSHIFT+.

Every version has six airbags, ESC, ISOFIX mounts, rear parking sensors and disc brakes on all four wheels, and all but the MX1 have a 10.25-inch touchscreen. The REVX versions add a dual-tone roof and black leatherette seats, and the REVX Edge and Edge (O) a rear camera and cruise control. The AX5 brings a 10.25-inch digital cluster, dual-zone climate control, a sunroof, LED projector headlamps, connected-car features and alloy wheels, and the AX7 a panoramic sunroof, a 7-speaker Harman Kardon system and 17-inch wheels. The AX5 L and AX7 L have Level 2 driver assistance and a 360-degree camera, with adaptive cruise control on their petrol automatics.
