Škoda Kylaq

The Kylaq is Škoda's five-seat compact SUV, 3,995 mm long with a 2,566 mm wheelbase and a 446-litre boot that grows to 1,265 litres with the rear seats folded. Every version has the 1.0 TSI three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine (115.57 PS, 178 Nm) driving the front wheels, with a 6-speed manual on every trim and a 6-speed torque-converter automatic on all but the entry Classic.

Six airbags, ESC, ISOFIX mounts, rear parking sensors, LED headlamps, roof rails and automatic climate control are standard. The Classic has no factory-fitted audio system. The Signature adds an electric sunroof, cruise control, a 17.7 cm touchscreen with wired Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, tyre-pressure monitoring, rain-sensing wipers, rear AC vents and 16-inch alloy wheels, and the Signature+ a 25.6 cm touchscreen with wireless phone mirroring, an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, a rear camera, hill-hold control, automatic headlamps and keyless entry with push-button start. The Sportline, Prestige and Prestige+ add LED projector headlamps, LED fog lamps, a wireless charger, leatherette seats and 17-inch alloy wheels; the Sportline has black exterior and cabin details, the Prestige ventilated front seats, and the Prestige+ ventilated front seats that are also electrically adjustable six ways. Bharat NCAP gave the Kylaq five stars for adult and child occupants in 2025; its list of covered versions names the Classic, Signature, Signature+ and Prestige, not the Sportline and Prestige+.
