Maruti Suzuki S-Presso

The S-Presso is a five-seat hatchback sold through Maruti Suzuki's Arena showrooms, 3,565 mm long on a 2,380 mm wheelbase. Its 1.0-litre three-cylinder K10C petrol engine (68.52 PS) comes with a 5-speed manual or an AGS automated manual; the LXi (O) and VXi (O) are also sold as factory-fitted CNG versions with the manual gearbox, which Maruti rates for four occupants rather than five.

Dual front airbags, ESP, ABS with EBD and rear parking sensors are standard on every variant. The base Std (O) has no air conditioning or power steering; the LXi (O) adds both; the VXi (O) adds front power windows, central locking, remote keyless entry, 14-inch wheels with wheel covers and a Bluetooth audio unit with two speakers; and the VXi+ (O) a 7-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, steering-mounted audio controls and electrically adjustable mirrors. Hill hold assist is fitted on the AGS versions only. Global NCAP rated an earlier S-Presso, with two airbags and no stability control, one star for adult occupants and zero stars for children in 2022; that result is not set on the current variants, which have ESP as standard.
